Pharma Law Solutions

Making complexity manageable — so clients can move forward with confidence.

Starting point

The existing website no longer reflected the company that Pharma Law Solution had since become. The content was out of date, the design no longer matched the company’s self-image, and neither the company’s identity nor the added value it creates for its clients was clearly conveyed.

Solution

Through strategic workshops and using the Story Cockpit Model, we examined the company step by step – particularly from the customer’s perspective – in order to identify what makes Pharma Law Solutions particularly valuable to them. This enabled us to identify a surprising yet highly significant added value that distinguishes the company and sets it apart from its competitors.

Building on this, I developed the positioning, the storyline, the content and the design as a coherent, holistic brand foundation. The result is a website that combines clarity, expertise and warmth – and makes the value of Pharma Law Solutions immediately apparent.

Just as importantly, the new website feels authentic to the owner Magalie Wasem Tréguer – a website she can recognise herself in and feel proud to represent her business with.

3 Questions for Magalie Wasem Tréguer

1. What are you able to communicate more clearly or convincingly about your business today than before working with Silke?

Working with Silke helped me to view my own business from an entirely new perspective. Through her external point of view and the questions she asked, I gained a much deeper understanding of the value I actually bring to my clients.

She encouraged me to really explore what matters most to them (something that is surprisingly difficult to do when you are immersed in your own business every day and rarely have the time to step back and reflect). This process gave me much more clarity about my positioning, my strengths, and how to communicate them in a way that resonates with my clients.

2. How well do the creative concept reflect the personality and uniqueness of your business? What particularly works for you?

What I particularly love is the combination of elegance, clarity, and warmth. The website captures who I am and what my business stands for in just a few words, without feeling overloaded or overly polished.

The pictures chosen make it feel personal and authentic, while the overall design is professional and appealing. I genuinely recognize myself and my business in the website and that, to me, is one of the greatest achievements of good brand design.

3. What would you say to an entrepreneur who is considering working with Silke and her Story Cockpit Model?

I would highly recommend it. Working with Silke is much more than creating an attractive website or refreshing a brand. It is an opportunity to look at your business from a completely new perspective.

When you have been doing something for many years, it is easy to become so close to your own business that you no longer see what makes it truly special. The brainstorming and reflection process with Silke brings those qualities back into focus and can give both your brand and your business fresh momentum.

What impressed me most is Silke’s ability to quickly immerse herself in a completely new field, understand both the business and its clients, and identify the story that connects them. From there, she develops a coherent communication concept in which the positioning, messages, content, and visual storytelling all work together. She then translates the brand story into a design that makes the value and benefits of a business immediately visible.
